Terms of Service & EULA

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any software, products, or services provided by Game Modifier ("Company", "we", "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA). This is a legally binding contract. If you do not agree to all terms herein, you are strictly prohibited from using our software or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. License Grant & Account Termination

Game Modifier grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to install and use the software solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to strict compliance with this Agreement.

  • Revocation: We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to suspend, terminate, or revoke your license, account, and access to all products at any time, for any reason (or no reason), including but not limited to violation of these terms.
  • Account Sharing: Your license key and account are unique to you. Sharing, distributing, or allowing others to use your account or license key is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate, permanent hardware (HWID) and IP bans, as well as license revocation without refund.
  • Commercial Use: You may not sell, rent, lease, sub-license, or otherwise transfer your license or any part of the software to any third party.

3. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including but not limited to source code, object code, UI/UX designs, graphics, and algorithms, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Game Modifier. You shall not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law despite this limitation.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the software.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the software.
  • Use the software to develop competing products or services.
  • Redistribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the software.

4. Nature of Software & Acceptable Use

You acknowledge that Game Modifier provides software tools commonly known as "game cheats," "hacks," "mods," or "enhancements" ("the Software"). The Software is designed to interact with third-party video games to provide features such as aimbots, wallhacks (ESP), memory manipulation, and other competitive advantages .

You understand and agree that the use of such Software may violate the Terms of Service or EULA of the applicable game publishers (e.g., Riot Games, Valve, Activision, Epic Games). YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE. Game Modifier does not encourage or condone cheating in competitive online environments that prohibit such activity; our tools are provided for educational, security research, and offline modification purposes only .

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAME MODIFIER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT .

GAME MODIFIER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; (B) THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNDETECTED BY ANY ANTI-CHEAT SOFTWARE; (C) ANY ACCOUNT BANS OR PENALTIES WILL NOT OCCUR; OR (D) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GAME MODIFIER, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (IV) SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR GAME ACCOUNTS; OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY .

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Game Modifier, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Software; (b) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Software caused damage to a third party, including game publishers .

7. Monitoring & Data Collection

To ensure compliance with this Agreement and to protect our intellectual property, the Software may include components that monitor your computer's Random Access Memory (RAM), running processes, and system configurations. THIS MONITORING MAY DETECT UNAUTHORIZED THIRD-PARTY PROGRAMS, DEBUGGING TOOLS, VIRTUAL MACHINES, OR ATTEMPTS TO REVERSE ENGINEER OUR SOFTWARE. If such activity is detected, the Software may automatically communicate information back to Game Modifier, including your account name, IP address, HWID, and details about the detected programs. Game Modifier reserves the right to exercise any or all of its rights under this Agreement, including immediate termination and pursuit of legal remedies, with or without prior notice .

8. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, Game Modifier does not offer refunds or credits for any purchases, except where required by applicable law. If your license is terminated for violation of this Agreement, you are not entitled to any refund, prorated or otherwise .

9. Governing Law & Arbitration

FOR USERS RESIDING IN THE UNITED STATES: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Software shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You hereby waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration .

FOR USERS RESIDING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England.

10. DMCA & Copyright Infringement

Game Modifier respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through our services infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify our Designated Copyright Agent at legal@gamemodifier.com with a detailed notice pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) .

11. Entire Agreement & Severability

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Game Modifier regarding the use of the Software and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
