1. No Refunds Policy
All purchases made on Game Modifier are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our products (software licenses, cheats, hacks, and modifications), you acknowledge that upon completion of your purchase, you receive immediate access to the product. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, except as explicitly outlined below .
2. Automated Delivery & Instant Access
Game Modifier operates an automated delivery system. Once your payment is confirmed, your license key and download access are provided instantly. By completing your purchase, you agree that you have read the product description and understand what you are buying. Claims of "accidental purchase" or "I didn't mean to buy this" will not be accepted as valid reasons for a refund .
3. Technical Issues & Support Obligation
If you experience technical difficulties with our software, you must first contact our support team for assistance. We are committed to helping you resolve any issues. Refunds will only be considered under the following strict conditions:
- The software is proven to be completely non-functional on a supported operating system (Windows 10/11 64-bit) despite our support team's reasonable efforts to assist you.
- You have opened a support ticket and worked with our team for at least 7 business days to troubleshoot the issue.
- Our team confirms in writing that the issue cannot be resolved and is caused by a defect in our software, not by your system configuration, antivirus, or third-party interference.
Note: Game updates may temporarily affect software functionality. We regularly update our products to restore compatibility, and such temporary downtime does not qualify for a refund.
4. Fraudulent Transactions & Payment Errors
Refunds may be considered in cases of:
- Proven unauthorized/fraudulent transactions (with supporting documentation from payment provider).
- Duplicate charges due to payment gateway errors (only the duplicate amount will be refunded).
All such requests must be submitted through our support system with clear evidence. Game Modifier reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion .
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, PayPal, credit card company, or any payment provider without first contacting our support team is a direct violation of these terms and will result in:
- Immediate and permanent hardware ID (HWID) ban from all Game Modifier services.
- Permanent account termination and loss of access to all purchased products.
- Blacklisting of your email address, IP address, and payment details.
- Legal action to recover any costs incurred by Game Modifier due to the dispute.
If you have an issue with your purchase, contact us first. We will work with you to find a resolution. Opening a dispute without contacting us shows bad faith and will result in the above actions .
6. No Refunds for Bans or Account Suspensions
Game Modifier is not responsible for any actions taken by game publishers, including but not limited to:
- Account bans, suspensions, or restrictions.
- Hardware bans or IP bans issued by anti-cheat systems.
- Loss of game progress, ranks, or in-game items.
YOU USE OUR SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We clearly state that our tools may violate third-party Terms of Service. No refunds will be issued for any game-related penalties .
7. Right to Refuse Service
Game Modifier reserves the absolute right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and deny refunds to any user at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, without liability. This includes users who:
- Violate our Terms of Service.
- Abuse support staff or community members.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, crack, or share our software.
- Engage in fraudulent activity or chargeback threats.
8. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the limited conditions above, you must:
- Open a support ticket through our Help Desk.
- Provide your order number, email address used for purchase, and a detailed explanation.
- Include any relevant screenshots, error messages, or proof.
Refund requests submitted via email, Discord DM, or social media will not be processed. All decisions made by Game Modifier regarding refunds are final .
9. Policy Updates
Game Modifier reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
